Data loggers are electronic devices that record data over a certain period of time. Data loggers are based on digital processors and are usually small in size that is powered by a battery. Moreover, the small size makes it easily portable and it has an internal memory for the storage of data along with sensors. Many data loggers interface with computers and have special software’s that activate the data logger as well as analyze it.
Data loggers have various types that can be used for several purposes of measurement applications to one certain device that measures only one kind of environment. Upon activation, data loggers collect data on a 24-hour basis without any monitoring needed. It monitors and records a complete measurement of the environmental conditions.
